I am totally depressed with myself at the moment...nothing very serious....except that I missed a f*&#ing test for my overseas application....because I forgot to write it my diary. I can reschedule the damn thing, but I will probably have to pay again and it was a lot of money. I have to be more present!!!! Now I will go drink a cup of coffee and try calm down...and instead look forward to a nice dinner tonight with friends.
